Job Description
All about the role:
In this position, you will be responsible for executing effective and efficient service delivery in the areas of People Data (including onboarding, offboarding, changes of terms and conditions, internal moves in Workday and the Payroll system, document preparation, etc.), Payroll, Time and Attendance, and handling HR inquiries from employees, line managers, and People Business Partners.
What you’ll do:
- Performs transactional and administrative tasks related to employee personal and job data changes in Workday and in payroll/time and attendance system
- Manages case load in ServiceNow; providing transactional guidance and support, customer service and subject matter expertise to customers / stakeholders
- Ensures non-integrated People data is maintained on required systems
- Delivers digital and physical record and document management services
- Ensures employee and organization data integrity and compliance
- Administers time and attendance data and various pre-payroll tasks (input collection, validation, sending, controlling)
- Shows competence in own area and knowledge of general business principles
- Demonstrates critical approach and holistic view on the current processes and ways of working
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of entire Employee Lifecycle processes (in manufacturing / warehousing industry preferred)
- Experience in execution of People Data processes, preferably in Workday
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
Minimum Qualifications:
- At least intermediate knowledge of the systems used HR area: Workday, ServiceNOW, UKG Pro and Kronos, etc.
- Proficiency Excel and PowerBI, in line with the functional scope
- High School Diploma
- 3-5 years of experience in People Data
- 3-5 years of experience with time & attendance / payroll administration
