- Client & Partner Management: Serve as a point of contact for external partners, sponsors, and talent, ensuring deliverables align with brand and partner expectations.
- Creative Ideation: Generate ideas for unique editorial extensions—such as live events, podcasts, social media campaigns, newsletters, or experimental storytelling formats.
- Timeline & Budget Oversight: Develop, manage, and approve project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation with discretion and authority to adjust as needed.
- Performance Tracking: Measure success of projects through audience engagement and ROI, and present learnings to leadership.
- External Contributors: Exercise discretion and independent judgment in selecting vendors, allocating budget resources, and determining project priorities.
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in media, publishing, or talent management.
- Strong editorial sensibility with a proven ability to translate ideas into multi-platform executions through exceptional planning and strong relationships.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, and stakeholder relationships.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience managing and directing staff or project teams with accountability for performance outcomes.
