Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the management of the Special Projects team and project delivery.
- Manage data entry project requests and provide instructions to the team.
- Ensure projects are delivered timely, accurate, and assist where needed.
- Point of contact for all projects when requests are received.
- Collaborate and solicit project work with cross functional teams.
- Develop, maintain, and document all team processes.
- Manage and approve schedules, vacation, timesheets, and performance reviews.
- Mentor and train the team as needed and develop internal training materials.
- Provide Director with regular updates.

Requirements:
- Experience using Applied Epic or similar agency management system.
- A project leader comfortable managing data entry in a fast-paced environment.
- Adept with collaboration tools such as Monday.com boards and Microsoft teams.
- Demonstrated ability to balance shifting priorities and manage time effectively to meet demands and deadlines.
- Own responsibility of managing projects, processes, and the growth of a team.
- Attention to detail and commitment to a high level of accuracy.
- Possess strong administrative and computing skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Power Point).
- Professional, organized, and a strong communicator of ideas, concepts, and strategies to all levels of the organization.
- This position will occasionally work on Saturdays to manage/own the oversight of the team and data entry support during go lives.
- Ability to travel, limited to 2-4 times annually.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent application management experience preferred.
- Insurance knowledge or related experience.
- ServiceNow or equivalent service management platform experience preferred.
- Management or supervisory experience preferred.
