Project Manager, Special Projects Creator Businesses

As the Project Manager for Special Projects within the Creator Businesses division at Visioneers, you will take ownership of unique and high-impact initiatives that drive innovation and growth across our creator ecosystem. This role involves leading cross-functional teams, managing project timelines and budgets, and ensuring successful delivery of key projects that align with our strategic goals.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage special projects from initiation through execution and closure, ensuring objectives are met on time and within budget.
• Coordinate with internal teams including content creators, marketing, production, and technology to drive project success.
• Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedules, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders, providing regular status updates and managing expectations.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and innovation within the creator business operations.
• Manage vendor relationships and partnerships as necessary to support project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and quality standards throughout project lifecycle.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Media, Marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience, preferably within media, creative industries, or digital content creation.
• Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder projects with strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to liaise effectively across teams and external partners.
• Proficient with project management software and tools.
• Ability to think strategically while managing detailed execution.
• Proactive problem-solver comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
