What Will You Do?

Executive Support & Strategic Coordination

  • Act as an extension of the CEO’s office.
  • Prioritize and manage incoming requests requiring CEO attention.
  • Track and follow up on strategic initiatives and commitments.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Liaise with heads of departments across all business units.
  • Gather information and monitor execution of CEO directives.
  • Facilitate communication between departments to ensure alignment on priorities.
  • Escalate issues requiring executive attention.

Project Management

  • Lead special projects on behalf of the CEO.
  • Coordinate initiatives involving multiple departments.
  • Develop timelines, accountability structures, and reporting processes.
  • Monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met.

Marketing & Brand Review

  • Review advertising campaigns, marketing materials, websites, social media initiatives, and public-facing communications.
  • Ensure messaging aligns with company objectives and brand standards.
  • Provide feedback and recommendations

Business Analysis

  • Review operational reports, budgets, presentations and proposals
  • Identify areas requiring executive focus.
  • Conduct research on strategic decisions.

Executive Communications

  • Communicate CEO priorities and expectations to senior leadership.
  • Coordinate executive meetings and follow-up actions.

Operational Excellence

  • Improve reporting systems and executive dashboards.
  • Drive accountability throughout the organization.
  • Help implement processes that improve decision-making and execution.

What You Will Bring:

  • Ideal Candidate Profile – exceptional common sense, strong business judgment, intellectual curiosity, and demonstrated proficiency using AI tools to improve business performance and efficiency.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience supporting at a senior management/executive level
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook & SharePoint
  • Upbeat, positive, outgoing, personable, and able to relate well with diverse groups
  • Demonstrated commitment to completion of projects on a timely basis
  • Excellent verbal, written and keyboard skills and organizational skills
  • Expert-level written and verbal communication
  • Experience in either Real Estate, Finance, Construction, Property Management Leasing, or Marketing environment is a major asset
  • Adaptable personality that can adjust to last minute changes in plans
  • Ability to travel
  • Valid driver’s license & ability to use personal vehicle as required 


Salary Range:

$75,000 $125,000
