Your Role: Special Projects Associate, Content Labeling & Compliance

This fixed term role provides hands-on support for ongoing content compliance work across the anti-infective portfolio, with a focus on coordinating Portfolio Audits and Project Skyline label updates. This Special Projects Associate is responsible for helping drive these initiatives to 100% completion — keeping work on schedule, coordinating the right people, and owning the day-to-day execution that moves pieces through review and approval. This role is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on, real-world experience coordinating cross-functional project work in a regulated environment — well suited to someone eager to build practical project management skills and take ownership of running an objective to the finish line.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Milestone tracking: Maintain weekly dashboard updates on project health and upcoming deadlines, giving the team clear visibility into where each piece stands across both the audit and Skyline workstreams.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Act as the central point of contact across Marketing, Regulatory, Technical, and Legal contacts, keeping the right people aligned on audit topics and unblocking pieces that need a decision or sign-off.
  • End-to-end ownership: Take direction on the "what" and "why," then own the "how" to completion - understanding the objective and driving each piece across the line without needing step-by-step management in between.
  • Audit support: Schedule follow-up meetings with brand and technical consultants, create Jira tickets, coordinate updates with ECS, and help drive pieces through PromoMats reapproval.
  • Label updates: Help manage product label updates, tracking versions and keeping pieces aligned as audit changes are made, and ensuring approved materials are updated within internal communication channels.

What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):

  • Education: Completed or currently pursuing a four-year (bachelor's) degree — ideally in project management, business, sciences, agriculture, or a related field.
  • Experience: Understanding of project management principles and the workflows that connect marketing content, regulatory review, and label/compliance updates.
  • Top 2 skills: Ability to manage a project and coordinate multiple workstreams independently, driving deliverables to completion without requiring management of the individual steps in between. Ability to coordinate cross-functional stakeholders (Marketing, Regulatory, Technical, and Legal) while maintaining rigorous timelines, dashboards, and milestone tracking.

What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications):

  • Familiarity with PromoMats and Jira.
  • Exposure to regulatory or content review processes.
  • Strong attention to detail.

Additional Information:

  • Duration: 6 months (fixed term), concluding by 12/31/2026, with possible extension to 12 months.
  • Weekly Time Commitment: Flexible — approximately 30-40 hours/week (negotiable).
  • Location: Indianapolis, IN Global HQ (Hybrid environment)
