The Role
Build the capabilities and businesses that expand Laminar’s reach. Working directly with the founders, you’ll identify promising opportunities, test their economics, and lead them from concept through launch.
What You Will Own
- Prioritize new ventures across industry verticals, geographies, partnerships, and customer offerings
- Build business cases, define milestones, and recommend capital and headcount commitments
- Launch initiatives such as an expert-advisory offering for major manufacturing customers
- Recruit initial teams and work with engineering and commercial leaders to deliver results
- Contribute to company planning and fundraising through financial analysis and evidence from new initiatives
- Scale, revise, or stop initiatives based on results, then lead them permanently or transfer ownership
