Description: The Special Order Coordinator is responsible for driving the accurate and efficient execution of the special order product flow.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient processing of Special Order purchase orders (POs) by thoroughly reviewing data accuracy and integrity
- Manage the Special Order inbox, ensuring prompt and accurate responses
- Accountable for distributing and effectively communicating information to the stores and product teams
- Maintained regular communication with external vendors to ensure the timely delivery of special order products
- Work closely with the Special Order Analyst to ensure all orders are fulfilled within the quoted lead time and communicated effectively to the client
- PIM (product information) maintenance for SPO SKUs as needed
- Attribute Management
- Product Costing
- Dimensions
- Other duties may be determined by management to perform the necessary functions of the position, on an as needed basis.
Key fundamental skill sets for this role will be:
- High sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively
- Ability to learn quickly and to retain information. Must be analytical and be able to comprehend how multiple systems interact.

Requirements:

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite – emphasis on Excel & Outlook
- Excellent Time Management skills
- Prior experience in retail inventory software is a plus.
- Customer Service or prior retail experience is a plus.

Timbers are either reclaimed or sustainably sourced. A Port City Called Arhus: The Danish port city Århus (pronounced ohr-HOOSE) inspired the name. John came across Arhus on a map and took an immediate liking. After a few minor modifications, “Arhaus” represented the warmth and luxury of the then (and now) home furnishings offered.
