This position will assist the Special Markets division of Peter Millar in all daily tasks. This includes but is not limited to:
We are seeking a graduate student or a senior who is available for full-time work during Fall 2025. This position will involve a hybrid work arrangement, requiring two to three days per week in the RTP office.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Creation of Special Markets PDFs (NCAA/MLB) for the 2026 Assortment and customer requests as the sales team begins to present to customers
- Creation and updates of VR Link lists, allowing CSR and field representatives to order within correct licensing parameters
- Logo review – Assist in combing through all master files to make sure they are up to date with current licensing standards; updates to be made where applicable
- General order maintenance for Special Markets team
COMPETENCIES:
- Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.
- Proficient with Adobe Indesign
- Effective communication skills, both oral and written
- Detail oriented; strong organizational and time management skills
- Self-motivated
- Possess an outgoing personality
DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Undergraduate degree
- Previous internship experience in the apparel and/or licensed space is a bonus, but not required
