Responsibilities
  • Data Entry: Input tours by Members Table and Virtual Tour Agents in adherence to departmental and program policies. 
  • Data Entry Auditing: Conduct regular audits of data entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial regulations. 
  • Communication: Collaborate with the marketing team members and leadership for statuses, reports, and any issues or concerns. 
  • Reporting: Generate and distribute cross-departmental reports as scheduled or as needed. 
  • Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with company policies and relevant regulations. 
  • PII Compliance: Gain and maintain knowledge of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) compliance and data security best practices. 
  • Administrative projects including creating workflows, surveys, trackers, lists, posters, and newsletters through Microsoft suite / Canva Embodies the Hilton Grand Vacations Values of Hospitality, Integrity, Leadership, Teamwork, Ownership, Now
  • Completes all required Company training/compliance courses as assigned. 
  • Adheres to Company standards and maintains compliance with all policies and procedures. 
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
  • This role requires the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and screens simultaneously.
Qualifications

To fulfill this role successfully, the individual should possess the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience: 

  • Basic ability in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook) 
  • Detail oriented, organized, with good time and self-management 
  • Excellent verbal / written / proactive communication and ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently 
  • Ability to multi-task / re-prioritize tasks, discretion with confidential information, problem-solving skills 
  • Adaptability

In addition, the following qualifications, knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience are preferred: 
 

  • Intermediate ability in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, Automate) 
  • Project management
