What You'll DoAnalyze Special Financing: Monitor daily cash flow and ensure all postings are completed accurately and on time.
Support Operations: Provide backup for both Cashiering and Special Financing teams. You'll also scan checks and handle inbound and outbound calls for Interim Servicing accounts.
Resolve Issues: Research and resolve any discrepancies between Loan Vision and FICS. Conduct in-depth research on customer accounts to ensure the accuracy of all postings.
Maintain Records: Maintain and protect confidential borrower and customer information.
Collaborate and Improve: Respond to internal and external emails, assist in identifying process gaps, and work with management to implement improvements.
Reporting: Perform ad-hoc reporting and research as directed by management.
Experience:
1+ years of relevant experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
Proven experience analyzing and interpreting data.
Demonstrated ability to manage relationships with internal and external partners effectively.
Experience with research, problem-solving, and making sound business decisions.
Skills:
Solid understanding of accounting principles and cash management functions.
Knowledge of business acumen and customer service best practices.
This is a hybrid position that offers remote flexibility while also requiring some in-office time. You will need a quiet space at home and reliable internet access. Occasional local travel may be required for company meetings or events.
