How you’ll make an impact
As a Special Credit Account Manager, you’ll join a team of highly skilled and focused credit professionals supporting agriculture producers through complex financial challenges. As a Special Credit Account Manager, you’ll apply your deep understanding of agriculture, credit, and financial analysis to stabilize distressed accounts and deliver sustainable solutions.
You’re a confident, solutions‑focused professional who brings sound judgment to difficult situations. Known for your strong communication and negotiation skills, you build trust quickly and work collaboratively with customers and internal partners to navigate sensitive and high‑risk files. Your ability to analyze complex financial information, influence outcomes, and remain resilient in challenging circumstances allows you to make a meaningful impact on customers and the organization.
What you’ll do
Engage with customers to gain an in‑depth understanding of their businesses, operations and financial position
Analyze financial statements to assess risk and identify realistic workout and recovery options
Develop, negotiate, and manage action plans, repayment agreements and loan amendments
Provide coaching, guidance, and training to lending, operations and credit staff on collections and recovery practices
Discuss and build relationships with internal partners to ensure adequate monitoring and communication on distressed accounts
What you’ll bring to the team
Required qualifications:
A degree in agriculture, business, commerce, or a related field
At least six years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong financial analysis skills and the ability to assess risk and develop practical, effective solutions
Preferred qualifications:
Proven experience in credit management
Solid understanding of agriculture and agricultural lending
Credit, collections, recovery, or special accounts experience
