Who you are:

As a Special Assets Officer with Frost, you will be responsible managing a portfolio of adversely graded loans. More than that, this role is about providing top-quality support and doing it with our signature all-win approach in mind.

What you’ll do: 

  • Analyze and review each assigned loan to determine the proper collection actions that needs to be taken
  • Monitor the financial conditions of borrowers
  • Keep in contact with attorneys regarding legal issues
  • Develop and implement collection strategies
  • Collect payments and liquidate collateral
  • Always take action using Integrity, Caring, and Excellence to achieve all-win outcomes 

What you’ll need:

  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
  • Bachelor's Degree - Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent work experience
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • 3 years of experience in Credit Administration, Loan Review, or Lending

Skills Required

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or equivalent
  • 3 years of experience in Credit Administration, Loan Review, or Lending
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
