All about the role:
You are a part of the operations teams and will be working closely with both planning & warehouse functions responsible for Spare Parts, Consumables & Accessories and play a vital role in the success of delivering better consumer experiences.
The Spares & C&A Operations Data Manager will be responsible for leading the operations data team to create and to maintain operations master data in our SAP environment (ERP System). The role will be hands-on together with the team and focus on improving the SLA’s of delivering data services while also ensuring that the data is of the highest quality by driving adherence to our policies and guidelines.
The team and its geographical responsibilities are growing, and the data manager will own the growth roadmap for the function to ensure a successful expansion of structure and processes.
What you'll do:
You will support your team in data registration, improve processes and work closely with your peers within the operations functions to solve problems and manage priorities. This to ensure we have required data in place to execute purchase orders, warehouse & planning strategies and more, with the end game of providing our customers and consumers with optimal service levels.
You are collaborating cross functionally with IT and other functions on joint projects and initiatives, serving as an ambassador for qualitative master data in our systems.
In detail, you will:

Lead the Spares & C&A operations Data team, develop the team members and set them up for success

Monitor and report the results of the different data processes, ensure the team is delivering on service level agreements (SLA)

Drive the continuous improvement mindset with the team and continue to enhance the existing processes, develop new where needed

Own the expansion plan of the function, ensuring consistent structure and quality of service across the region

Hands-on execution of the operational processes, e.g. item registration, item extension, interchangeability master

Work proactively with system enhancement & automation in relevant tools together with IT

Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization and implement data related projects and initiatives, including data cleansing
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in information management, Computer Science or related field

5+ years of experience in data management lead role from complex, dynamic, and high-volume data management environment

Good leadership skills with prior experience in leading a team is a must

Data management in SAP is considered an advantage
-
Detailed understanding of master data and its impact across the organization

Good analytical skills to drive actions based on facts in a structured way
-
Self-initiative to solve problems and drive results until completion

Strong communication skills to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
-
Exceptional understanding of technical solutions related to data and analysis
-
Able to represent the organization with integrity and professionalism

Strong computer application skills, i.e. Word, Excel, Power Point

Fluent in English both written & spoken
Where you'll be:
You will be based in the Bangkok Office and report to Head of Spares Operations - BA Asia Pacific, Middle East & Africa.
