Your responsibilities

  • Maintain, analyze, and develop spare parts installed base data to support customer digitalization initiatives, digital platforms, and eCommerce solutions.
  • Contribute to process improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction through high-quality data management.
  • Support the development of Valmet’s digitalization roadmap by providing data, insights, and expertise for business development initiatives, including AI-related projects.
  • Collaborate with sales teams, technology experts, IT developers, and other stakeholders to ensure data solutions meet business and customer needs.
  • Drive continuous improvement of data quality, system structures, and product lifecycle information management processes.

Expectations for you

  • You have a B.Sc. or M.Sc. degree in a technical field related to information management, data quality, engineering, or a similar discipline.
  • You are comfortable working with broad and complex data sets and have experience with tools such as MS Excel, Power BI, SQL, SolidWorks PDM, or COMOS.
  • You understand data structures and information management processes, with knowledge of system integrations considered an advantage.
  • Experience with AI-enabled business tools, digitalization projects, or advanced analytics is seen as a benefit.
  • You have strong communication skills and can work effectively with stakeholders in a global organization. Good Finnish and English language skills are required.

Skills Required
