Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Welcome guests and build rapport by understanding their travel interests, lifestyle, and vacation goals
  • Deliver engaging, high-quality sales presentations in a professional, ethical, and customer-focused manner
  • Use your bilingual skills (English/Spanish) to connect with a diverse guest base
  • Maintain timely follow-up and communication to ensure satisfaction and long-term relationships
  • Apply Hilton Grand Vacations’ proven sales techniques
  • Participate in weekly training to grow your skills and success
  • Contribute positively to a supportive and team-oriented environment
Qualifications

What You'll Bring

  • Minimum 1 year of sales or customer service experience with proven results
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred
  • Experience in hospitality, luxury sales, or marketing is a plus
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
  • High school diploma or equivalent
