Spanish Bilingual Recruitment Specialist - 7+ months contract

PosiTrace is hiring a Spanish-English Bilingual Recruitment Specialist to support hiring across Canada and Mexico from our Burnaby headquarters. 

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys running full-cycle recruitment while also supporting HR operations, contract preparation, and HR system maintenance. You will work closely with HR leadership and hiring managers across departments and regions.

What You’ll Do:

Recruitment

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across Canada and Mexico
• Partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy and candidate selection
• Source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and direct outreach
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate experience
• Support offer preparation and hiring documentation

HR Operations

• Prepare employment contracts and offer letters (CA & MX)
• Maintain and update employee records in BambooHR
• Support onboarding and offboarding processes
• Assist with HR documentation 
• Provide light office administrative support as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Fluent Spanish and English (written and spoken)
  
• 3+ years recruitment or HR experience
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Experience working with HR systems (BambooHR is a strong asset)
• Comfortable working in-office in Burnaby
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment

Salary: $65,000 – $75,000 depending on experience.

📌 This is a maternity leave coverage contract role, with the possibility of extension.
