Gerresheimer Peachtree City L.P. was established in 1993 in Peachtree City, GA, as part of the Plastics & Devices Division manufacturing and assembling a variety of precision molded plastic parts for various applications in the medical industry. The subsidiary operates in an 132 K sq. ft. production facility with 200 employees.
Job Description
- Independent handling of general administrative tasks (e.g. mailings, room reservations, list management, key management, access cards/access system, general documentation, etc.)
- Reception of visitors and suppliers and taking over the central telephone service
- Ordering rental vehicles and managing the pool vehicles (checking/demanding cleanliness), ensuring tires are changed and carrying out regular driver's license checks when pool vehicles are used
- Carrying out travel expense reports according to specifications, including the necessary invoice verification
- Generate reports for Management as needed
Qualifications
- Good knowledge of office organization with all necessary individual tasks
- Knowledge of correspondence and administration
- Basic knowledge of invoice management
- Good IT user skills (especially office software)
- English and Spanish Required (Written and Spoken)
