How you will make an impact:
Assist in accounts receivable processes, including invoice tracking and customer payment follow-ups.
Review and validate accounts payable entries and ensure timely processing.
Support debt reconciliation efforts by analyzing outstanding balances and resolving discrepancies.
Perform Days Receivable Turnover analysis to monitor collection efficiency.
Generate and manage receipts for incoming payments.
Audit and verify recurrent expense invoices for accuracy and compliance.
Use and maintain the Coupa system for procurement and expense management.
What you’ll need:
Enrolled University student (Bachelor/Master) of Finance, Business Administration or any other related field
In the last year of the degree
Full-time (30-40h/week) availability for min. 6 months
Proficiency in Spanish and English.

Familiarity with Excel and financial systems (Coupa experience is a plus).
