Four Seasons Hotel Austin is seeking a Spa Supervisor to join our dynamic Spa Team. The ideal candidate will be someone with excitement and dedication in serving our guests. Satisfying our guests depends on the united efforts of many, we are most effective when we work together cooperatively, respecting each other’s contribution and importance.
What you will do
The Spa Supervisor will assist in providing leadership and management of the Spa Department along with the Spa Assistant Manager. The Spa Supervisor oversees staff including Therapists, Estheticians, Attendants, and Receptionists. The Spa Supervisor oversees the day-to-day operation in Spa and ensuring all runs smoothly for our guests
What you bring
One to two years’ experience working in a supervisory role
Strong communication skills
Ability to be a quick problem solver
Work authorization in the United States
