PRIMARY RESPONSIBILTIES:Assisting the Spa Manager to achieve a standard of excellence in spa services. Assign, supervise or carry out duties in the following areas of Guest care, Sales, Staff treatment scheduling, Health & safety, Maintenance, Staff management and development, Inventory control, Statistics reports, Marketing and promotion, Hotel liaison.
