Responsibilities- Welcome and greet spa guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check-in and check-out spa guests, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
- Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with professionalism and tact
- Book spa appointments and provide information on available services and packages
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Assist with retail sales of spa products
- Coordinate with other spa team members to ensure seamless operations
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Spa Receptionist or in a similar position is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple phone lines
- Proficient in using computer systems and booking software
- Knowledge of spa treatments and services is a plus
- Fluency in English, knowledge of additional languages will be considered as an asset
