Provide detailed information about spa treatments, services, and promotions.
Ensure smooth coordination between therapists and guests.
Handle billing, payments, and accurate posting of charges.
Maintain a calm, serene, and professional spa environment at all times.
Address guest requests, feedback, and concerns with efficiency and discretion.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Spa Receptionist in a 5-star luxury hotel/resort is mandatory.
Supervise and train therapists; manage schedules and daily operations
Strong knowledge of spa treatments and wellness services.
Excellent communication and guest service skills.
Professional appearance and well-groomed presentation.
Proficiency in using spa management or hotel reservation systems.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed under pressure.
Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.
