The Spa Receptionist proactively welcomes guests, is knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling. This position requires a high level of professionalism with a friendly and calm demeanor in a sometimes-demanding environment. Previous experience with hotel reservations systems will be beneficial.
What you will do:
Run reports for daily activity.
Check guests in and out for appointments following all sequence of service and Four Seasons Service standards.
The ability to use spa software for appointments.
Manage cancellations, time changes, shift call outs and special requests.
The ability to manage greeting guests and answering multiple phone lines.
Performing opening and closing duties
Inspect front area and ensure well appointed displays.
The ability to maintain an organized workstation.
Handle telephone calls following the standards of Four Seasons Hotels.
To ensure proper and correct communication between therapists and spa staff.
What you bring:
One to two years’ previous experience in receptionist roles; previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset
Strong communication skills

• Successful candidates will be hired as a casual, part time employee. Successful candidates are expected to work, day, evenings, holidays, and/or weekends.
