About the role:  

The Spa Receptionist proactively welcomes guests, is knowledgeable about treatments, products and services offered as well as pricing, and scheduling. This position requires a high level of professionalism with a friendly and calm demeanor in a sometimes-demanding environment.  Previous experience with hotel reservations systems will be beneficial.

What you will do: 

  • Run reports for daily activity.

  • Check guests in and out for appointments following all sequence of service and Four Seasons Service standards.

  • The ability to use spa software for appointments.

  • Manage cancellations, time changes, shift call outs and special requests.

  • The ability to manage greeting guests and answering multiple phone lines.

  • Performing opening and closing duties

  • Inspect front area and ensure well appointed displays.

  • The ability to maintain an organized workstation.

  • Handle telephone calls following the standards of Four Seasons Hotels.

  • To ensure proper and correct communication between therapists and spa staff.

What you bring: 

  • One to two years’ previous experience in receptionist roles; previous employment experience within a luxury Hotels is considered an asset  

  • Strong communication skills

Schedule & Hours:

•    Successful candidates will be hired as a casual, part time employee. Successful candidates are expected to work, day, evenings, holidays, and/or weekends.
