As a Spa Receptionist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering an exceptional experience from the moment our guests arrive. You will be responsible for creating a welcoming and tranquil environment, managing bookings, and supporting the smooth operation of the spa.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly welcome all guests and provide exceptional customer service throughout their spa visit
Manage spa bookings, enquiries, and payments via phone, email, and in-person
Maintain accurate records of reservations, client preferences, and treatment schedules
Assist with guest check-in/check-out and provide thorough information on spa services and facilities
Liaise with therapists and spa team to ensure a seamless and personalised guest experience
Ensure the spa reception and retail area are immaculate and inviting at all times
Promote spa products and services to enhance guest wellness and satisfaction
Who We Are Looking For:
Previous experience in a similar front-of-house or customer service role, preferably in a luxury hospitality or wellness setting
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to remain calm, professional, and efficient in a fast-paced environment
Strong administrative and organisational abilities
Knowledge of spa treatments and wellness trends is a plus
Proficiency with spa booking systems and basic IT skills
Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and varying shifts
