About the job:- Provide and Drive product Qualification Sample build and issue debug during new product development and Internal PCN Qualification
- OSAT(ASSY-FT) Yield Improvement for product cost saving
- Combine and create the product production spec (wafer drawing, POD, BOM, Bonding diagram, test spec, process flow, quality requirement) and release to Foundry and OSAT
- Manage the Product certification (UL, RoHs, etc.) and other product performance evaluation report per customer required
- Support product marketing team to optimize the value of the product datasheet
- Develop and manage final test spec per datasheet requirement.
- Mass production Low Yield issue debug and Support MRB lot disposition, SYL/SBL management by working with Quality team
- Manage product Mark, Label and Packing solution
- Support product functional issue debug on customer complaint
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Information Engineering, Computer Science or related
- 3+ years’ experience in semiconductor Assy-Test Process engineering, or product engineering roles
- Familiar with AECQ101 and Semiconductor reliability test.
- Fully understanding on product electronic test methodology
- Ability to analyze the data, to provide the solution on yield issue.
- Product Required: TVS, Diode Array Products, SOD, DFN and WLCSP packages.
