The Spa Manager's primary objective is to craft an exceptional and rejuvenating experience for guests while driving the efficient and profitable operation of the spa team. We are seeking a Spa Manager with extensive experience in luxury resort operations, someone who is open-minded, energetic, and brimming with innovative ideas. The ideal candidate will create a unique and competitive spa experience that stands out in the local market.
Key Responsibilities & Projects:
- Evaluate Current Offerings: Conduct a comprehensive review of existing spa and wellness services to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Innovate & Upgrade: Design and implement cutting-edge treatments and elevate the overall spa product to meet and exceed guest expectations.
- Team Leadership & Development: Lead by example with active training, mentorship, and empowerment of the spa team to deliver excellence.
- Future Planning: Strategically plan for a major spa upgrade scheduled for 2025/2026, ensuring alignment with the resort’s vision for luxury and innovation.
