Manage own time and professional development, be accountable for own results and begin to prioritize own workflow.
Responsible for the preparation and/or operation of various components, materials, equipment, machines including, but not limited to any and/or all applicable components, materials, equipment, machines in the assigned area(s).
Complete adherence to all plant safety and (current) Good Manufacturing Practices {also cGMP} regulations to the highest.
Assist with diagnosis and troubleshooting activities and execute in-process quality inspections.
Ensure adequate inventory of parts and materials prior to initiating a production run.
Identify and seek to implement process and safety improvement and perform all tasks in a safe manner.
Participate in shift meetings, provide hand off information and communicate with other units and shifts.
Qualifications
Must-Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
• A minimum 1 year of prior work experience in a pharmaceutical, manufacturing and/or industrial type environment
• Must be able to make minor mechanical machine adjustments.
• Must be able to communicate and work well interdepartmentally, as well as, with all plant departments.
• Must be able to read and write, as well as follow written and oral instructions.
• Must be capable of performing data entry into calculators and computers.
• Must be self-motivated, able to work independently and have a problem-solving mindset.

PHYSICAL/MENTAL REQUIREMENTS
Physical/Mental Requirements:• Lifting 25 pounds, working while standing for long periods of time

Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel, or Environment Requirements• Schedule: Night shift 6pm - 6 am. 12-hour night shift, some occasional overtime as required.
No relocation package available.
Work Location Assignment: On Premise
The salary for this position ranges from $18,62 to $31,03 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company's policies.
