What You'll DoAs our Spa Coordinator, you'll be the first smile our guests see and an essential part of creating a relaxing, memorable spa experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Warmly welcome and check in spa guests with exceptional customer service.
- Help guests prepare for their treatments in the locker room area.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and tranquil spa environment.
- Stock towels, water, cups, robes, and spa amenities to ensure guests have everything they need.
- Perform laundry duties to keep operations running smoothly.
- Support the spa team by ensuring every guest enjoys a five-star experience from arrival to departure.
- Previous spa, hospitality, or customer service experience is preferred.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
