Responsible for managing the daily operations and duties of The Flamingo Spa and Wedding Services Team for High Roller, Flamingo, Planet Hollywood and Paris. Provides exceptional leadership to reach employee and guest satisfaction while holding the ability to handling multiple teams and outlets.
Responsibilities
- Oversees and supervises the daily operations of the wedding chapels and Spa including scheduling of staff and vendors, ordering, reporting, employee relations, training, staff productivity, service standards, and resolves guest satisfaction issues.
- Conducts all areas of the hiring process including- interviews, auditions, and applicant selections for Wedding Services and Spa Operations.
- Supervise, discipline, and give performance evaluations for both Wedding Services and Spa Operations
- Displays a high level of maturity, discretion, tact, judgment, and the ability to deal with confidential matters.
- Builds rapport by diplomatically and effectively resolving customer grievances & problems to ensure complete customer satisfaction, guarantee repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Supports in building a sales culture program with wedding coordinator and spa staff including cross selling departments and offerings.
- Maintains schedule of ordering to ensure monthly expense budget is not exceeded for Weddings or Spas.
- The ability to issue recommendations regarding the annual operating budget, capital, operating planning, and further periodic evaluations of financial performance, including reports on sales and operations with supporting statistical data.
- Creates menus and seasonal specials to help drive additional revenue at both Spa and Wedding Operations
- Works closely with other departments to ensure spa maintenance, cleanliness are up to Nevada State Board of Massage Therapy, Cosmetology Board, Health Department and OSHA.
- Creates schedules to ensure appropriate staffing levels for both operations according to business volumes, i.e. special events, holidays, weekends, groups, etc.
- Use of constructive feedback, motivation, and short and long-term intervention to address problems that affect job performance.
- Facilitates various training modules pertaining to the spa and wedding services and programs.
- Identify and recommends solutions when the department faces repetition of performance problems that indicate a negative trend.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced multiple outlet environment while maintaining a calm appearance

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher education preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of spa and weddings management experience required in high volume luxury resort market.
- Knowledgeable on the latest Spa& Wedding industry trends
- Must demonstrate strong leadership skills with the ability to quickly solve problems.
- Carriages strong professional writing skills
Additional Requirements:
- Must be able to stand up to 8 hours per day Length of time of these tasks may vary
- Must be able to exert well pace ability to reach team members and guest in a timely manner with the ability to walk back and forth between 3 properties,
- Must be able to lift 15-20lbs occasionally
