The Role:
As a Recruiter, you will play a key role in identifying, engaging, and hiring candidates who align with our mission and values. You will assist with the recruitment cycle for North America while collaborating closely with our team to ensure seamless candidate experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring needs.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates across multiple functions, including customer care, sales, and collections.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in company systems.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, pipeline activity, and offer acceptance rates.
- Ensure a positive candidate’s experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Support employer branding efforts to attract top talent.

Requirements
What We’re Looking For:
- 1-2 yrs proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in customer service, sales, or collections environments.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities at once.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment software and applicant tracking systems.
- Driven, proactive, and results oriented.
