Buscamos un SP&A Lead que lidere la infraestructura financiera del vertical de Turbo. Esta persona será responsable de garantizar la rentabilidad de nuestras operaciones a nivel tienda, realizando análisis financieros detallados, seguimiento a los planes de rentabilidad y facilitando instancias clave de toma de decisiones ejecutivas.

As part of Rappi, you will be responsible for:

• Analizar y monitorear la rentabilidad a nivel tienda para asegurar la eficiencia financiera de las operaciones.

• Dar seguimiento a los planes de rentabilidad definidos, identificando desviaciones y proponiendo acciones correctivas.

• Preparar y liderar espacios de revisión financiera con liderazgo senior, incluyendo WBRs (Weekly Business Reviews) y Monthly Financial Reviews.

• Colaborar estrechamente con equipos de negocio, producto y operaciones para alinear iniciativas estratégicas con objetivos financieros.

• Generar reportes financieros claros, accionables y orientados a la toma de decisiones.

• Construir y mantener modelos financieros escalables que soporten la toma de decisiones estratégicas del vertical.

Good and now, what are the requirements for me to be part of this neon universe?

• +5 años de experiencia en roles de FP&A, estrategia financiera o consultoría, idealmente en tech companies, startups o retail.

• Experiencia previa liderando procesos de planeación financiera, reporting y análisis de rentabilidad.

• Dominio de herramientas financieras (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI / Tableau) y habilidades analíticas avanzadas.

• Capacidad para comunicar insights complejos a stakeholders no financieros.

• Perfil autónomo, con mentalidad estratégica y orientación a resultados.

• Inglés intermedio-avanzado (es un plus).
