DESCRIPTION :
Le spécialiste des opérations /Formateur aura la responsabilité d’opérer des équipements de production en plus de prendre en charge l’ensemble des initiatives de formations dans son secteur. Les responsabilités reliées à la tâche sont les suivantes et principalement exécutées sur le quart de jour:
Responsabilités:
Opérer des équipements lorsque les besoins en formation sont comblés
Former selon les méthodes reconnues
Évaluer les apprenants (SDO, aide-formateur) et leur donner de la rétroaction
Accompagner et soutenir l’introduction de nouveaux employés
Maintenir à jour les qualifications des spécialistes des opérations
Veille des bonnes pratiques manufacturières
Responsable 5s d’une zone du côté des opérations
Créer et mettre à jour des plans de formation
Résolutions de problèmes
Contribuer à l’optimisation des procédés en collaboration avec l’équipe d’ingénierie
Être partie prenante des enjeux santé-sécurité
Attentes :
Faire preuve de disponibilité pour se déplacer sur tous les quarts de travail afin de rencontrer, d’informer et de former les employés au besoin (important)

Requis:
Diplôme d’études secondaires
Maîtriser la suite Microsoft Office
