Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative with expertise in digital sovereignty to join our team.
This individual will focus on promoting and selling tailored solutions, services, and products that align with the European Union's digital sovereignty initiatives.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in building relationships with governmental entities, private sector partners, and other organizations within the EU, ensuring alignment with the EU's regulations, strategic goals, and digital sovereignty aspirations.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement a sales strategy for digital sovereignty projects within the European Union.
- Identify key opportunities, clients, and partnerships that align with the EU's priorities in cybersecurity, data protection, cloud sovereignty, and emerging technologies.
Client Engagement:
- Build strong relationships with government agencies, public sector institutions, and private organizations that support or align with the EU’s digital sovereignty goals.
- Present tailored solutions and address client pain points, ensuring compliance with EU regulatory frameworks like GDPR, the NIS Directive, and the European Cybersecurity Strategy.
Project and Account Management:
- Oversee accounts and projects related to digital sovereignty sales, ensuring client satisfaction and delivering exceptional service.
- Work closely with technical teams to deliver appropriate proposals, presentations, and proof-of-concept demonstrations.
Market Analysis:
- Keep up-to-date with the EU’s policies, initiatives, and funding opportunities around digital sovereignty projects, including cloud computing, AI, and secure IT infrastructure.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Collaboration and Reporting:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and compliance specialists, to develop and refine offerings tailored to client needs and market demands.

Compliance Focus:

Education:

- Familiarity with the European Commission’s digital policies, regional technology markets, and procurement processes is a significant advantage.

- Awareness of EU funding programs such as Horizon Europe, Digital Europe Programme (DEP), and other research, technology, and innovation initiatives.
