Responsibilities for Sourcing Manager/Specialist:
• Ensure timely, quality and cost competitive supply to unit
• Responsible for relative sourcing category spend
• Responsible for meeting targets and deliverables set by SuM
• Support implementation of unit and/or category led sourcing initiatives
• Ensure cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder relationships
• Drive local supplier negotiation, selection and management based on KONE strategic sourcing process (BENIM)
• Manage level 2 supplier quality performance issues
• Support regular reporting of unit KPI’s including monthly budget / forecast data
• Responsible to update and maintain price lists in relevant systems and databases
• Ensure compliance and adherence to KONE sourcing (KSO) policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards
