Sourcing Specialist

What will you work on?

• Work with internal and external parties as a team in order to achieve identified target costs for new products
• Prepare internal product quotes based on prelim function description and sketches for new development projects as well as existing products
• Source materials, components and new suppliers for new projects as required
• Set up and maintaining Spin Master's Costing data base and Material Master Component lists
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers on the product costs
• Perform special assignments as requested by department manager

How will you fit into the team?

• Familiar with Excel operation.
• Has the experience of SAP operation is preferred.
• Dynamic in material sourcing & merchandising;
• Strong analytical skills, self-motivated & initiative, able to work independently;
• Displays effective communication skills with all levels of employees, suppliers and management;
• Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese.

What are your skills and experience?

• Diploma or above in ME/PIE/EE or equivalent;
• 5 years solid costing experience in toy manufacturing industry, sound knowledge and costing experience in the related field. Familiar with Puzzle & Wood items definitely is an advantage;
• Occasional travel is required.
