We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for an individual with a foundational understanding of sourcing, lead generation, and talent acquisition processes. The successful candidate will play a key role in building lead lists and supporting the recruitment team in finding top talent for our growing organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead List Generation: Research, identify, and compile targeted lead lists to support recruitment efforts.
- Sourcing Support: Assist the recruitment team by sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Talent Pool Management: Help maintain and update candidate databases and ensure data accuracy for potential future hires.
- Collaborative Recruitment Support: Assist with the scheduling of interviews, candidate communication, and other administrative tasks related to the hiring process.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, sourcing tools, and platforms to improve overall sourcing strategies.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Experience: 6 months to 1 year of experience in a sourcing, recruitment, or HR-related role, or a strong academic understanding of sourcing principles.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Familiarity with sourcing tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.) is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
