API is seeking a full-time Sourcing Specialist to manage the hotel and ground transportation procurement process and produce high-quality destination presentations for our clients.
Sourcing Specialist Duties:
- Source and collect hotel data in key destinations
- Manage the Request for Proposal process
- Secure and negotiate rates, services and amenities with hotels and ground transportation suppliers
- Analyze market trends
- Produce high quality and details destination presentations
- Manage crewmember feedback
Sourcing Specialist Competencies:
- Fluent in English
- Detail-oriented
- Ability to multi-task and work under strict deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and integrative negotiation skills
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with diverse cultures
- Salesforce experience a plus, but not required
- Hotel experience preferred
Compensation
Good faith hourly rate for this position is $19.50.
