We're looking for a Sourcing Specialist II to lead RFQ/RFP processes on assigned categories from requirement definition through supplier award. You'll negotiate pricing, terms, and contract renewals while delivering measurable cost savings and risk reduction, track supplier KPI performance, and lead quarterly supplier reviews. Working closely with Category Managers and cross-functional stakeholders in planning, quality, and engineering, you'll help identify and execute strategic sourcing opportunities while ensuring compliance with Victaulic's sourcing policies and contract governance.

• Lead RFQ/RFP processes on assigned category(s) from requirement definition through supplier award.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contract renewals on assigned categories; deliver measurable cost savings and risk reduction.
• Track supplier KPI performance, and lead quarterly supplier reviews on assigned category(s).
• Support Category Managers on strategic sourcing events through analytics, should-cost modeling, and supplier qualification.
• Identify and execute strategic sourcing opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Victaulic's sourcing policies, quality standards, and contract governance requirements.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (planning, quality, engineering) on routine supply needs.

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in procurement or sourcing.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of procurement processes and supply chain fundamentals.
