Job Description Summary
The Sourcing Specialist is responsible for delivering market, supplier, and operational intelligence; leading strategic sourcing initiatives across local, regional, and national scopes. This position serves as a subject matter expert in sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and contract management while ensuring compliance with operational standards.
*This position can be Hybrid 2 days/week and in-office the other 3 days subject to change. Position is located just North of downtown Fort Worth, TX.
Job Description
Manage the complete contract lifecycle from development and negotiation through execution, renewal, and closeout. Draft, review, negotiate, and execute contracts for goods and services in accordance with organizational policies and procedures.
Maintain accurate and current contract files, including amendments, certificates of insurance, letters, and other contractual documents.
Coordinate contract renewals, extensions, and terminations in a timely and efficient manner.
Lead sourcing strategies and supplier relationships that deliver measurable cost savings while maintaining service quality. Negotiate decisively to achieve aggressive savings targets.
Serve as subject matter expert in support of client sourcing strategies, supplier relationships, and contract management. Own pricing negotiations, market intelligence, and supplier performance programs. Translate complex market trends and operational insights into client-ready recommendations that drive immediate and sustained value.
Independently manage RFPs, contract negotiations, and strategic programs from concept to execution.
Client & Stakeholder Engagement
Closely participate with clients and JLL Sourcing, Facility, and Property Management teams to drive both immediate and sustained benefits to the client.
Represent JLL in client meetings, business reviews, and supplier discussions—requiring minimal supervision and maximum initiative.
Supplier & Contract Management
Assist in the resolution of supplier disputes and performance issues in accordance with contractual terms.
Research key suppliers, conduct Request for Proposals (RFP) and Request for Quotes (RFQ), analyze results, and communicate recommendations with details and reasoning to clients per Sourcing Policies.
Evaluate, negotiate, create, and manage contracts for goods and services in a timely manner.
Establish relationships with client's Legal and Risk Management teams to ensure all contractual terms and conditions comply with standards undefined
Compliance & Data Management
Ensure compliance with client and JLL's sourcing and contracting policies, procedures, risk management programs, and ethics.
Maintain contract and supplier files in a timely manner to ensure compliance with JLL and client requirements, including administration of supplier files, certificates of insurance, amendments, and other contractual documents.
Responsible for data integrity of contract database and other data management tools.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from four-year college or university preferred and/or 7+ years strategic sourcing, procurement, or contracts experience.
Excellent interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and strong analytical ability.
Must be a proactive self-starter capable of performing effectively in in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proven ability to manage multiple contracts and priorities simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills – oral and written.
Excellent PC skills, proficient in MS Office applications.
Experience with e-procurement platforms and contract management software (Coupa, Ariba, Corrigo) preferred.
Experience with contract negotiation and understanding of pricing structures and commercial terms.
Must have strong problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment.
Understanding of risk management and compliance requirements.
Must demonstrate strategic thinking capabilities.
