Sourcing Specialist (f/m/d)

Location: Kvistgaard, Denmark/Bern, Switzerland

We are expanding our global procurement organisation, and we are looking for an experienced Sourcing Specialist (f/m/d). In this role, you will be responsible to execute source-to-contract processes across various categories and sites.

Your responsibilities

• Leading procurement projects/RFPs to optimise costs and ensure supply
• Negotiating commercial terms and contracts
• Compliance with regulatory requirements (GMP, FDA, EMA)
• Monitoring KPIs and regular reporting
• Collaborating with stakeholders, Finance and global teams to optimise processes and ERP systems

Your profile

• At least 8 years’ experience in the field of operational and strategic procurement
• Strong background in running RFPs (tenders, bid comparisons and supplier selection)
• Solid experience in contracting, including negotiations
• Experience across a wide range of Indirect categories. Experience with Direct Procurement is a plus
• Ideally, experience in pharmaceutical/vaccine production and knowledge of regulatory requirements
• Degree in business administration, engineering or similar; preferably with a procurement qualification (CIPS, CPSM)
• Proficient in the use of operational procurement tools (Medius, catalogues, e-sourcing tools); strong analytical skills
• Excellent command of English is mandatory. Other European languages are a plus
