About the Opportunity:
Wing is looking for a Sourcing Intern to join our Sourcing and Procurement team based in Palo Alto, CA. Our team explores new suppliers based on business requirements. Our team systematically identifies potential suppliers to align with established business objectives. We engage in contract negotiations, facilitating the acquisition of necessary approvals, and oversee the execution of contracts. Throughout the duration of the agreement, we assume responsibility for managing contracts and cultivating supplier relationships, fostering collaborative partnerships that contribute to the success of our organization.
In this role, you will:
- Execution of market research and analysis of suppliers to support product development initiatives such as custom carts and packaging options for single aircraft.
- Collaborate with Sourcing Managers and the Business Intelligence (BI) team to support the development of Database tools designed to automatically report on expiring contracts and Purchase Orders (POs) nearing the depletion of funds.
- Gathering and organizing process information with the objective of developing Desktop Procedures (DTPs) for the Sourcing team.
What You’ll Need:
- Pursuing a bachelor's degree in business, supply chain management, or a related field
- Strong interest in technology and innovation, with strong interest of the drone delivery space
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with cross functional teams for data gathering purposes

About the Program:
Wing is hosting a 12 week paid internship during the summer of 2025. It will be an in-person, hybrid internship based in Palo Alto, CA with start dates either in May or June.
The US base salary range for this internship position is the salary range below + benefits. Wing’s salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.

$72,000—$87,500 USD
