The Sourcing Operations function sits within Enterprise Property and Strategic Services (EPSS) in Technology and Enterprise Operations. It is responsible for managing all operational activities associated with NAB, including requisitioning of goods and services, Accounts Payable . P2P also provides help desk support and training to our colleagues across the enterprise, and to external suppliers. 

This role will be working alongside the India Sourcing Operations centre and will need to work together to deliver the service to our internal customers and NAB suppliers. 

Essential capabilities

  • Strong Project Management capabilities 

Experience 

  • 7+ years experience gained within in the Sourcing Operations space, in Procurement or Supply Chain Management 

  • 5-7 years experience working with SAP or similar configuration and processes 

  • Hands on experience with all modules of a Sourcing Operations suite (preferably SAP and Ariba) but focused on, but not limited to, spend analysis, E sourcing, contract management and Procure to Pay. 

  • Risk and control framework, identifying new risks and ensure all risks have effective controls in place and working with the manager onshore to ensure these are captured in a risk register and rectified.

Skills Required

  • 7+ years experience in Sourcing Operations, Procurement, or Supply Chain Management
  • 5-7 years experience with SAP or similar
  • Hands-on experience with Sourcing Operations suite, particularly in spend analysis and E-sourcing
  • Experience in risk and control framework for Sourcing Operations
