We’re looking for a Sourcing Manager to drive strategy, supplier partnerships, and value creation across our Colours, Flavours & Essentials categories. In this global role, you’ll partner in shaping sourcing strategies, support both regional and global initiatives, and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and suppliers to deliver lasting impact.
What we are looking for:
Extensive experience in commercial or procurement roles, preferably spanning both direct and indirect spend categories
Strong capabilities in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and end-to-end contract management
Collaborative mindset with a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and operate and take actions effectively across regional and global supply chains
A passion for unlocking value through innovative sourcing strategies that drive cost savings, sustainability, and supplier performance
A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies using Mars frameworks and tools to drive value and ensure long-term supply continuity
Leverage data and market insights to inform decision-making, support commercial negotiations, and identify cost-saving opportunities
Lead supplier relationship management, including performance monitoring, contract negotiations, and ongoing collaboration to deliver mutual value
Partner with global and cross-functional teams to align strategies, share best practices, and ensure category goals are achieved
Provide strategic insights and analysis to shape procurement plans and support a culture of continuous improvement and innovation
