Position Purpose:
The Sourcing Lead will execute sourcing strategies to deliver talent for hiring needs. You will advise the Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Coordinators on effective sourcing strategies, manage attraction campaigns, and execute sourcing strategies. As a Sourcing Lead, you will collaborate closely within the Talent Acquisition team to provide input on sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on the effectiveness of the sourcing strategy. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record in providing strategic direction as well as tactical sourcing styles to fill in all our organization’s needs.
Job Requirements:
Achieve recruitment goals by effectively managing sourcing activities to develop a pool of qualified candidates to anticipate and fill open positions
Oversee the operation of the channel ensuring that:
Leads received are endorsed and processed realtime
Conversion and contact rate is within the target
Provide daily report
Quality and target number of leads are generated
Lead the sourcing activities such as but not limited to:
Open house activity
Virtual and partner engagement including BPO career talk and BPO Roadshows
Direct and constant communication with the Sourcing Assistant Manager on any challenges and plans in the fulfillment of the classes
Qualifications:
- Three to Five years high volume recruitment experience preferably in a call center environment
College degree preferred
Enthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially MS Word and Excel and Power Point
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Schedule flexibility
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong ability to multitask
Ability to function in a fast paced environment
Dependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance
