Sourcing coordinator

What success looks like in this role:

• Act as the SPOC between the internal Time and Means contracts and external recruitment agencies.
• Follow-up on a weekly and monthly bases the Consortium recruitment activities, such as the CV assessment and requests.
• Screen the candidates' compliance regarding experience and CV format

Functions :

• Curriculum screening.
• Assessment centers
• Telephone Interviews
• Interviews
• Administrative tasks

You will be successful in this role if you have:

• A minimum of a High School degree or equivalent
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 usage
• Client focused
• Result orientation
• Interpersonal skills
• Dealing with stress
• Being able to adapt to changing circumstances (flexibility)
• Planning (= organizing)
• Being able to make contact
• Effective team member
• Working independently
• Creative thinking (Inventiveness)
• Fluent in English & French, Dutch is a plus.
