Role Overview:

The Sourcing Associate will support the end-to-end candidate sourcing lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, helping build a pipeline of qualified, diverse talent for clients and internal hiring needs. This role focuses on proactive sourcing, initial candidate engagement, market research, and maintaining accurate candidate and sourcing metrics within Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).

The position requires strong research skills, familiarity with common sourcing channels and tools, and the ability to collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to deliver high-quality candidate shortlists aligned with role requirements and company values.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Use various job boards, social media platforms, and other channels to identify and engage potential candidates.

  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent, including passive candidates.

  • Maintain and update the talent pool database for future hiring needs.

  • Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.

  • Present comprehensive candidate summaries to recruiters and hiring managers.

  • Build strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive and professional experience.

  • Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and priorities.

  • Provide insights and feedback on market trends and candidate availability.

  • Assist in coordinating interview schedules and communication with candidates.

  • Document candidate interactions and progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

  • Generate reports on sourcing activities, pipeline status, and hiring metrics.

  • Continuously evaluate sourcing strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Experience in sourcing and talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficiency in utilizing job boards (e.g., LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor) and other sourcing tools.

  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques.

  • Has interviewing and candidate assessment skills/experience.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
