About the Role
As a Sourcing Associate, you will support day-to-day sourcing operations across multiple projects while gaining hands-on exposure to GoTo’s procurement processes and systems. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, you will support sourcing activities from requirement intake through execution, ensuring timelines, documentation, and coordination are managed effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
What You Will Do
- Support sourcing and procurement activities across general categories by managing multiple sourcing initiatives and workstreams
- Assist with supplier research, onboarding, and information maintenance in accordance with internal policies, compliance, and governance requirements
- Help prepare RFQs, pricing comparisons, and basic sourcing analyses to support commercial evaluation and negotiation discussions
- Track supplier, contract, and procurement data in internal systems ensure accuracy, completeness, and audit readiness
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders on timeline and requirements to ensure sourcing milestones and deliverables are met
- Provide administrative and operational support to the sourcing team, including documentation management, follow-ups, and reporting
- Support contract-related processes, including document coordination, version control, and assistance during contract review and negotiation stages
What You Will Need
- Bachelor degree from a reputable university with minimum 2 years experience in relevant field
- Ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English
- Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing, and high-growth organization
- Basic understanding of sourcing and procurement processes
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills across cross-functional teams
- Comfortable working with structured processes, timelines, and documentation, including contract-related materials
