Job Purpose:
The Talent Acquisition Associate (Sourcing) role will focus on pre-screening applicants, guiding them through the recruitment process, assisting in recruitment events, and participating in employer branding and sourcing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Source and identify potential candidates using various platforms such as job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
Conduct initial pre-screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications and alignment with job requirements.
Assist candidates throughout the recruitment journey by providing updates, answering inquiries, and coordinating with recruiters and hiring teams.
Support the execution of onsite and offsite recruitment activities including job fairs, career talks, and other events.
Contribute to employer branding initiatives through social media engagement, marketing campaigns, and community outreach.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Qualifications:
Graduate of Psychology, Human Resource Management, or other related courseS (Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply!)
Amenable to work on a fixed-term employment of 6 months (with possibility to be absorbed depending on performance)
Amenable to work on a dayshift schedule and onsite in Wilcon IT Hub, Makati City
