Responsibilities:
Within the Sourcing and Planning Team (Industrial department), the sourcing and Panning analyst will work with the High and Fine jewelry suppliers located in Europe. Your responsibilities will include the following:
Participation in the elaboration of specifications (quality, costs, deadlines, aesthetics)
Challenge of quotations and negotiation of costs
Participation in project kick-offs
Logistical support for suppliers in monitoring production, loads and deadlines
Analysis and measurement of logistics risks related to procurement, manufacturing and deliveries
Monitoring of supplier performance
Elaboration and follow-up of supplier progress plans
Continuously seeks best practices, cost reduction and process improvement opportunities

PROFILE
Master degree in sourcing or engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in sourcing or planning within a luxury environment
Problem-solving and analytics skills
Ability to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities
Be responsive & well organized
Great communication & team spirit
Fluent in English and French – Mandatory. Italian is a plus.
Proficiency in office tools (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
